How to disable Slack notifications for my own actions on GitHub reviews?

Hi everyone,

I'm using the /github subscribe command to receive notifications on Slack for reviews in a repository. Specifically, I’ve subscribed to reviews on this repository with the following command:

/github subscribe user/repo reviews

This works fine, but I also get notifications when perform actions on Github such as when I approve a pull request or I request some changes. For example:

Review approved by pioz on necrochicken's pull request

Since I (pioz) approved the review, I don’t need a notification about it. Is there a way to disable notifications for reviews when they are done by me?
