MapQuest visualization is broken

The tiles used in MapQuest are no longer available. Update kibana or change the map setting to use another tiles.

Kibana 4.5.3 is the minimum version that supports tile server customization. The default value should work since the moved form mapquest. Kibana 4.1 is for Elasticsearch < 2.0. https://www.elastic.co/blog/kibana-4-5-3-and-4-1-10

Kibana 4.5.3 minimum requirement is Elasticsearch 2.3.x . Currently we use Elasticsearch 2.1 . So we should update also Elasticsearch to fix this.
