Create a copy to integrate with capacity workload (also rename as capacity factor)
The hint should say What’s the unit of capacity for each hospital? (eg: “seats”)
Default value should be provider unit and if it's null it should have the same default value provider
Copy should be: capacity unit will provide service for capacity factordemand unit

@manumoreira I think the hint should say "What's the unit of capacity for each [provider unit]?" The example in the design is incoherent as the provider unit is "Lab" and the hint does not use it. We DO want to use the units in as many places as possible, including hints, to make it easier for users to understand the different values and labels.
