Regarding this, Hugo said that it's not an easy task and it'll require manual configuration. Electron builder let you customize some configuration about publishing, but no so much (https://www.electron.build/configuration/publish). So we have to follow the same current steps that we're doing now without --publish flag, and add our own publish command following Github's API
