[Feature] - Add Kubernetes demo with inspectIT Ocelot and OpenTelmetry Collector

Extend the installation documentation to deploy InspectIT Ocelot in Kubernetes in the official readme with a complete demo that also includes the OpenTelemetry Collector.

Describe the solution you'd like
A demo setup that

• deploys the trading demo application
• injects InspectIT Ocelot Instrumentation into the trading demo application
• deploys the OpenTelemetry Collector to receive and export traces
• deploys Jaeger to collect the traces
• optionally injects the OpenTelemetry Collector Agent as a sidecar into the trading demo application

Most importantly, the demo should bring all necessary files and specifications so that everything can be run from the demo files.
