Invalid usage: Non-checksummed download of dublin-traceroute formula file from an arbitrary URL is unsupported! (UsageError)

I read all about the tools and I think it is amazing, now I am trying to install it on Mac OS 11.3. I have installed the Xcode from app store and then tried running the command shared but it errors out:

brew install https://raw.githubusercontent.com/insomniacslk/dublin-traceroute/master/homebrew/dublin-traceroute.rb

After checking online and trying some other commands only to fail, raising the issue. Please advise.
