Make autodoc like tool for inmanta entities #68

we want to be able to use autodoc capability of myst
to include inmanta entities (as a replacement for https://github.com/inmanta/inmanta-sphinx/blob/master/sphinxcontrib/inmanta/api.py)
we also want to be able to include source file (like autodoc)

First step is to make an initial effort assessment, this should not take longer then 1 day.
