Steps:

  • Develop clustering algorithm
  • Implement parameter for the cluster size
  • Make it possible to cluster with any number of features
  • Optimize clustering with statistical methods like Principal Component Analysis or Similarity Measure

Make sure the program code is comprehensible and efficient.
