Add: Meyer's indices to dicts

There are indices (lists of headwords with pagenumbers) to several dictionaries here. Worth having on GoldenDict even if just to know that a certain word exists, so we can open the physical book later and look it up. Even better if the entry could be made to have a link to an archive.org scan.
