Skipping non-essential files for speed.
Extracting thousands of files from an archive, after switching to the new circuitous API (where we don't have direct access to the file system) takes a loooong time. Skipping non-essential files reduces this to 2-3 minutes for Oxford dictionary.

Must make this skipping optional.
