As this user reported in the forum, we're not giving an option to view all projects in Explore Search - projects. It looks like we're capping this to 10 API results, and infinite scroll isn't working here so a user can't get to the project they want.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Explore
Explore Filters
Search Projects
Type in "misumeta"
See that there is no project with only the name "misumeta", and there are only 10 projects listed at all
Expected behavior
This screen should use infinite scroll, but we should likely also increase the number of projects searched on the initial API call. Either way, a user should be able to see all search results for projects.
