Layout not in RTL when system language is RTL in Android #2532

Describe the bug

The layout of the app is not in RTL when the operating system language is an RTL language.

To Reproduce

Change the operating system to Hebrew
Sign out of and force quit iNat Next if open
Open iNat Next; the app is in Hebrew, but the layout is not RTL

Expected behavior

If the system language is an RTL language and you are signed out, the app should be in RTL layout.

App: iNat Next
Device: Pixel 8
OS: Android 15
App version: 0.56.0 (131)
