Parallel simulations for baseline and multiple scenarios

Now in simulations of each scenario, both baseline and intervention are simulated.
It is worthwhile to split the simulation into two singletons, to avoid repeated identical baseline simulations.
Another function is to allow parallel simulations of multiple scenarios, when necessary.
