I've been pleased to see how this project has been steadily evolving, particularly with the recent update. However, I have some observations and queries that I believe could enhance the product further.
Remote Logs and Device Description: It would be beneficial if remote logs displayed the technician's name who initiated the remote session, improving accountability. Are there plans to integrate this feature into future updates? Additionally, for administrative purposes, it would be advantageous to see in the dashboard which technician is connected to which client through the device description.
Multi Access and Remote Control Active Pop-up: I've noticed that the option to enable or disable the Remote Control Active pop-up has been removed. Could you confirm if this change is permanent? A suggestion to refine this feature would be to limit the pop-up display to 5 seconds upon initial access, subsequently removing the close and minimize buttons. This approach ensures clients are promptly informed of connections without obstructing their view or allowing accidental session closure. Moreover, it would address the inconvenience of multiple pop-ups when several technicians are connected to a single device.
Persistent Agents : Are there any plans to include persistent agents for Mac's?
