RNA-Report:

  • check if Rna is annotated in GSvar file if not warn/error (?) before generating report!
  • add Germline Variants to report
  • add autogenerated sentence about significante fold change
  • update table to format
  • improve annotation of INDEL variants

Fusions: add report config for fusions

  • add DB Tables to NGSD
  • write import tool for fusions
  • rework fusion window in GSvar
    • add filtering
    • add report config functionality
    • add preview of arrriba image

XML:

  • create XML schema
  • generate XML when creating RNA-Report
  • allow sending XML from GSvar

Add tests:

  • fusion import
  • rna report config (adding, deleting)
  • rna report
  • new NGSD functions
