Once the changes from Fiji upstream commit cb2fcd2 are pushed live (as in: every up-to-date Fiji will have them), the location of the AutoRun scripts in this repo should be updated to the 🌟 New Standard 🌟.

TL;DR:

cd extra/Fiji.app/
mv plugins/Scripts scripts
