Won't upload some songs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload songs on two album playlists - encoding is AAC
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
6 of the songs are uploaded from one playlist, none on the other.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iTMW .95 OSX 10.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Songs were protected before I burned them on a cd and copied them back, 
overwriting the 
original songs. (To remove the protection)
