Support for webtorrent (WebRTC Data Channels as underlying transport instead of uTP or TCP) as supported by many other clients to increase download speeds over most ISPs.

This feature was already ask in this Issue #12

I don't know if @ikatson really continue to support this repo or not, but I don't think he will implement your request like how is says on #12

Since I put the comment in #12 I've actually started working on rqbit again. But as for WebRTC support, maybe some day, but not planning for it at the moment. PRs are welcome as always :)
