The current pages shown to the end-user when changing their password can be best described as "plain".

Organisations may wish to customise those with in-house styles, so an admin option to allow these to be entirely customisable would be useful.

NB. Not sure how best to do this - perhaps via a templating engine like Apache Velocity?
