The plugin allows the password reset email to be entirely configurable - but in plain text only. It would be useful to allow the administrator to supply an HTML template too.

NB. Probably the "JiveGlobals" used to hold the text template is too small (4000 chars?) for a decent HTML email, so may need to be held in a seperate table.
