Describe the bug
ignite completion seems to no longer exist

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. run ignite completion, you'll get the following error
    unknown command "completion" for "ignite"

What version are you using?
28.0.0 and 28.1.1

Provide the output of the ignite version command.
