I think this should be two pages - one that lists the current liaison managers (automatically built using Roles so that the manually maintained web pages can go away), and one that provides transparency about who can enter LS.

Yes, two pages are better. We might still keep the table on the item.org webpage because that's easier to access for "external" people but exposing this information in the datatracker is still needed.

Actually the other thing we need is also a way to maintain the To entries. I guess I should open a separate issue for that...?
