This would be pretty great if it worked, though only thing I see is the potential that it might overlap with stuff like OwnYourSwarm if the site is set up to use it. It would be up to the user to then avoid duplicate postings. Not a bad thing, but so many would forget to go back and delete the duplicate.

Hmm this should be closed, not sure it matters after 5 years.
