Create concept of generic fitering tag matcher

It would be nice to have a tag which could match whole classes of files.
For example %IsAudio() used in the filter template could return true if the processed file could be considered audio (and by extension, audio tags could be used on it).
This would help people (me) to handle extensive collections of heterogeneous (with different formats) files.
