Very interesting work!

One thing that's not clear to me from the paper is the following:

For task 2, how did you decide which genes are / are not associated with a given GPT-proposed name (just the name, not the associated analysis text)?

Ah nevermind, I see there a section called "Evaluation of specificity of naming for omics gene sets"
