It looks like the registration links are being removed too early (before the event, rather than after). Likely the date calculations need a careful look. I thought I pulled the code from the tutorial website. I thought that had been tested and was working as intended, but maybe not. So the fix here might need to be propagated there: https://github.com/bssw-tutorial/bssw-tutorial.github.io

Should be fixed by 287cbef.

Need to confirm in production.
