Bug Description

If you try to do a checkpoint and adjust the name of the checkpoint file without adjusting the name of the mesh file, you
get


*** ERROR ***
No checkpoint file found!

this is not clear at all.

Steps to Reproduce

Run a checkpoint restart, but forget to update the mesh file name

Impact

Lost productivity
