Can't load extension via README instructions #59

I've followed the instructions as below:

npm install
npm run dev

It seems to have built the artifacts to build_dev, as there is no build_test folder showing up. Additionally, I don't see any UI for the extension when I click on it. What am I expecting to see and what are the checks to make sure it is working?

Did you try with yarn?

I did try with yarn, but it seemed to produce the same results
