Add a local to-delete folder and delete all items on iCloud as well

Thanks for the great tool! I use --auto-delete, but it would be great to have an additional option for my workflow:
Could you add a new feature (e.g. --to-delete <directory>) that moves all items in the given local directory to my iClouds "Recently Deleted" folder? Like this, I could look through my pictures on my PC and then move everything I no longer need to this local folder where the tool would pick it up and delete it on the iCloud as well. That would fit much better with my workflow. Thanks for you feedback!
