workflow? for massive downloading from iCloud Photos

Hi

1. I have managed to download via iCloud_photos_downloader

icloudpd-1.14.5-macos-amd64
Download all iCloud photos to a local directory

2. I imported all the downloaded photos into a local app photos.app library.

How do I sync from cloud to the newly created iPhotos library on a usb drive. Goal is to delete and free up space in iCloud???
