Hardware DC filter

This is the only hardware suggestion I am proposing. It should not be difficult to do and I can check how we did it for the old hackathon. This can be a simple separate very cheap module which goes in between the trodes and the BCI. The advantages it will provide are:

• getting rid of GSR and similar artefacts
• enabling simultaneous EEG and tDCS
