Research the @npmcli/arborist package to see if it would be beneficial (or even possible) to switch out our instrumented-dependency search logic to use this package instead.

We haven't found the time to look into this either. Its still aplicable in the sense that if we might be able to offload a lot of our current logic if we can go through arborist instead, but that's a big unknown and not necessarily high priority since the current solution works.
