ICP 312 Install fails because of new password requirement

This is more of an FYI until the issue is fixed. ICP 3.1.2 requires a 32 character password by default which can be changed to allow any length in the config.yaml.

If you already ran the install just logon to the boot node and update the config.yaml and re-run the install.
