The detailed project Readme is to be added to every Project Folder

  1. It should be clean.
  2. Well-detailed.
  3. It should contain Working Images

Note :- Add One Readme in one PR

All the above points will be thoroughly checked before accepting the PR so it must have all the features that are mentioned.
