I only guess but you submitted this issue because there is a warning telling you that your php binaries don't have the openssl extension and you are looking for help if it's that to solve the problem you will need to download the binaries specified in Readme.md

I can only assume that this is the same issue as pmmp/PocketMine-MP#90 . The symptoms appear the same.
