Measurable widget not completing

Description

When using the widget of a measurable habit, the widget won't color up (marking that it's completed) if the habit has a weekly (or monthly) quota, even if the quota is fulfilled for such period of time. In case I complete the whole weekly (or monthly) amount in one day then it will mark as completed.

I suppose that it should show as completed if you do the weekly amount divided by 7, as it happens when opening the app. The "bug" is just in the widget.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new measurable habit, with a weekly goal.
2. Create a widget for it on your home
3. Insert an amount inferior of the weekly quota but superior of how much you should be doing for the day (> quota/7)
