As shown in the Quick Start section, the differential expression table, volcano plot and MA plot can be visualised together. This works very well.
However, it would be really nice if the contrasts selected in "Data parameters" are tied together so that one does not need to change the contrast in three places, but only in one.
Maybe this can work in the same way as the selection parameters. Like "receiving data parameter from Differential expression table 1".

I agree that at the moment, the process is a bit tedious.

The suggestion sounds sensible but we just don't have the mechanism in place yet, to observe events across panels in any other section than the selection parameters.

It'll take us some time to dive back into the cascade of events triggered by Data parameters, to make sure that we can safely implement this cross-panel behaviour without breaking any cascade of events within individual panels.
