Voice Circuits v0.0.3-beta.7

Hello,
After upgrading to PB v0.0.3-beta.7 I'm getting errors on deleting sites and regions:

<class 'django.db.utils.ProgrammingError'>

relation "phonebox_plugin_voicecircuit" does not exist

                                                             ^


Python version: 3.8.10
NetBox version: 3.1.7

It seems that these errors are caused by broken Voice Circuits module. When I click corresponding link in the UI (Phonebox plugin -> Voice Circuits) I'm getting the same error.

Please upgrade to the latest plugin version (v0.0.3-beta.8) to fix this.
