Does not work with escaped #

When converting a block to a page, the block containing a backslash-escaped '#' does not work. The backslash in the file name is encoded as '%5C'. On the other hand, in the new page title, the backslash is removed.

The workaround is removing the backslash from the brock.

e.g.) A block containing a backslash-escaped '#'
- C\#

Generated file name is "C%5C%23.md"
Generated new page title is "C#"
