Feature request: Turn into page even it is a header

This is probably 99% of the cases that I need to turn a block into a page.
The logic is that when a block becomes heavier content-wise, people nearly always give it a header.
So it makes more than sense that this plugin needs to be able to turn it into a page without having to remove the header.
The use of a header remains important even when its converted to a page, othewise its simply a link which makes no sense.
Now, in order to turn it into a page and keep the header, I have to:

1. Remove the header ##
2. Rightclick and turn into page
3. Add the header ##

Thank you for this module, it is very cool, and this feature mentioned above would make it even more useful.
