Complete work on the removal of indy-node's indy-crypto dependency #1621

The work to transition from indy-crypto to ursa is complete in the code (as far as we know), but the dependency on indy-crypto remains. A PR #1607 has removed it from the code, but the work to remove it from the build pipeline is not complete.

This task is to have that PR merged and then fix as needed the build pipeline to work and complete the tests. In doing that, the indy-plenum dependency will be updated to the version that uses ursa.

Reviewed the pipeline changes in the PR. They look fine. Started a new build/test to help verify the PR.

PR has been merged. Will deal with any down stream CD issues as they arise.

The CD process did break. Will need to investigate.

Complete. The Ubuntu 20.04 version does not reference indy-crypto.
