Proposing to migrate the docker compose structure from one-file to three-files: compose.yaml, .env and .secret_db.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

I'll move the environment settings from the docker-compose.yml file to the .env and move the database secret to a secrets file. I'll move the docker-compose.yml file to compose.yaml and add the new environment and secrets settings.

I'll update the supporting documentation and test the solution.
