We recently discussed having regular maintainer orientation calls to share out resources that are relevant for people running projects or labs and to give people a place to ask any questions they have.
The next maintainer orientation call is scheduled for Thursday, June 24 at 8AM pacific. We have resources to share about how to find new contributors, although you'd be welcome to ask any other questions you have. The dial-in for that call is:

There is a wiki page for this where we're tracking the resources we're sharing and where you can add topics you'd like to cover in future calls. Feel free to edit the page or leave comments.
