[FAB-9628] Remove CLI sleep reference from docs

When trying the document found it mentioned 1000 seconds but not able to find in the configuration files, and found commit 981efba23294aee10b1fcc0d38da4bbbc776f92c already removed the 1000 timeout, so update doc accordingly.
