There is no Java wrapper in hyperledger/aries-askar/wrappers. Is there anything like that?

UniFFI supports Kotlin. https://mozilla.github.io/uniffi-rs/tutorial/foreign_language_bindings.html#kotlin
So, we will be able to generate Kotlin wrappers from aries-uniffi-wrappers.
