v0.5.0 still refers to bit.ly link, fabric removed bit.ly and has moved to install-fabric.sh #1357

fabric documentation has removed the bit.ly link from it's documentation now and has officially published the install-fabric.sh script over bootstrap.sh we should remove the bit.ly link in v0.5.0 and use install-fabric.sh instead. I don't think we need to backport this to 0.4.2 at this time.

UPDATE: Looks like install-fabric.sh doesn't work properly at the moment so I would suggest using bootstrap.sh instead as it is reliable

the bit.ly link resulted in a script that definitely didn't look official, so could have been hacked. Removed it and moved to bootstrap.sh see #1552
