[REQUEST] Use TorBox Debrid Instead Of BitTorrent

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The problem is that in a lot of countries, torrenting over bittorrent is illegal, and could cause problems for users. Using a debrid such as TorBox, will alleviate this issue, as well as come with additional benefits such as cached (instantly ready) downloads, faster downloads, and more.

Describe the solution you'd like

Instead of adding the torrent to the internal Bittorrent client, send the magnet/torrent file to TorBox over its API. With all the benefits its seems like a nobrainer. Best part is, that it is free to start out with (freemium) and is simple to sign up with.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Bittorrent is good, but a debrid comes with safety and speed benefits.

We already have Real Debrid integrated.
We might in the future integrate other debrid clients, but it is not a top priority right now

Given real debrid is now pretty much gone, is there a chance for torbox to be added?
