I would like to get a sense of the heterogeneity of a specific cell type. For instance, I would like to investigate all the endothelial cell types that were identified in the kidney data set, what is the closest neighbor, what is the location with the tissue/organ, etc. How about across all the tissues that were examined? Is there any significant variation based on sex, age, body index, race, etc.
