Create app guide page for CDE MVP2

The CDE needs an app guide page in the HRA UI Help Center. Ideally, this has an annotated visual similar to previous supplemental figures from the HIVE Marker paper. Otherwise, it has step by step instructions on:

  1. How to create a cell distance visualization
  2. How to use the application UI

This will be collaborative and asynchronous:

  • I will take a first pass
  • I will ask @J-Yash to review/edit
