None of the methods for getting a repo's collaborators supports filtering by affiliation #978

None of these support any filtering.

This can result in a bunch of api calls if you are in an org using teams and want to perform operations only on direct contributors, for example.

Since getCollaborators is a bridge method, I did not modify it in ⏫ PR.
